Returns Policy

If you have ordered items that you no longer need, want, or are dissatisfied with, please reach out to us to arrange a return and refund.

Non-Faulty Returns:

We accept returns of non-faulty items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in a resalable condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Please note that personalized items are not eligible for returns.

Faulty Item Returns:

If you are returning a faulty item, we will refund the full purchase amount, including the original delivery charges. Refunds for faulty items are processed after inspection, and we will notify you via email regarding the expected refund timeframe. Please allow up to 5 working days for us to process your refund or ship a replacement for any faulty items.

Please be aware that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items returned after 30 days from the delivery date.

Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us promptly via email at sales@andzman.co.uk. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel any orders or items that have already shipped from our warehouse.
